Westby Co-op Credit Union (WCCU) is a member-owned financial cooperative providing banking services including savings, loans, and other financial services to members. This newest location is a full-service branch in a nearly 3,500-square-foot facility, bringing the total number of branches to eleven. JSD‘s engineering and landscape architecture teams collaborated with the client to complete the site improvements and obtain the necessary approvals and permits. Our designers prepared detailed plans including site layout, grading and erosion control, utilities, comprehensive stormwater management and detailed landscape.

Key design consideration included access for drive up teller and ATM machine while planning for future growth of a potential building expansion area. The stormwater facility design utilized a large infiltration basin to capture, treat and infiltrate the stormwater runoff. The basin was designed to infiltrate 100% of the 10-year event.
