Noel Manor is a 111-unit senior community featuring independent living, assisted living and memory care facilities. JSD provided survey, planning, civil engineering and landscape architectural services for project entitlements and construction of the development.

The project included a three-story structure, underground and surface parking, a rear courtyard with amenities as well as a future connection to a multi-modal path.
