With nearly ten JSD team members now rooted in the Minneapolis region, the team is actively expanding our engineering and landscape architecture footprint, bringing JSD’s multidisciplinary expertise to clients throughout Minnesota–most recently for the Alexandria Housing and Redevelopment Authority!

Our Minneapolis‑area staff delivered comprehensive surveying, engineering, and landscape architecture services for this new affordable housing initiative consisting of seven twin‑home buildings totaling 14 units. Construction is well underway, with the first four units already complete and additional homes progressing quickly. We are thrilled to watch JSD’s growing Minneapolis regional team begin to move critical housing projects from concept to construction!
