Mygrant Glass Company is a family-owned auto glass wholesaler, and a third-generation business. The company desired to build a central global warehouse, since growing from one location in 1979, to currently having 67 locations nationwide. This makes Mygrant Glass Co., Inc. the largest independent wholesale distributor of auto glass in the United States.

JSD took the lead on their warehouse with civil design services including plans for the site, grading drainage, and utilities, as well as erosion control. Our team also provided a landscape plan and assistance with permit applications and entitlement. In addition, or surveying team led the way on construction survey staking.
