Located in the heart of “Lake Country”, Fowler Lake Village is a mixed-use community with luxury condominiums overlooking Lake Fowler and the walkable downtown of the City of Oconomowoc. This six-story urban development includes small shops and restaurant condos on the first floor providing convenience to all owners. It also includes penthouse units, luxury suites, a club room, fitness center, and a 6th floor-rooftop entertaining deck.

The vision of Fowler Lake Village was one of the initial creations that started a series of redevelopments in downtown Oconomowoc. The parcel was previously a residential community of older homes and lots were purchased and combined through a Certified Survey Map. Innovative design solutions were provided to match the existing surrounding street and walk elevations. Plans were prepared for complete civil engineering design that included grading, paving, private utilities and stormwater management. A condominium plat was also created along with topographic and boundary surveying, construction staking, and a Certified Survey Map to combine parcels. The project included an urban stormwater management plan with rooftop detention designed by JSD.
