84 South is one of the most exciting mixed-use developments in the Milwaukee Regional Area. The development includes more than 250,000 square feet of retail shops and restaurants, as well as 350 market-rate apartments located on 40 acres in the City of Greenfield.

JSD provided civil engineering, surveying, planning, water resources and landscape architecture services for the project. The design included public and private street plans, utility plans, landscape design, traffic circulation and layout, and coordination with the city, county, and state government authorities. Specialty services included the design of one of the largest underground stormwater storage facilities in Wisconsin.
