The Highlands of Netherwood residential development is located in the Village of Oregon with quick access to Highway 14 and JUST MINUTES from Fitchburg, Verona and Madison. The development has more than 76 acres with curvilinear, rolling street design, multi-use trails, onsite park amenities that include an irrigated soccer field and a child-friendly splash park!

JSD’s scope of work included survey, planning, municipal coordination, permitting, stormwater detention facilities development, site design, layout and construction inspection and administration. The project site is a single-family residential development and includes 124 new single-fam-ily residential home sites, nine cottage homes, roughly 13 attached townhome units, 21 detached villa homes, and 25 small lot single-family detached units, or “Bay Homes”.

The subdivision capitalizes on the unique features and planned amenities including its topography, and a neighborhood park. The design creates a neighborhood identity which also includes a ½ mile of paved walkway for biking or
walking dogs!
