Woodland Crest is a 30-acre master planned development located at the junction of County Highway
Q and Woodland Drive in Waunakee, Wisconsin. The development is comprised of a Hy-Vee grocery store, a Fast & Fresh convenience store, commercial/retail buildings, office and restaurant space, multi-family buildings, a senior living complex and single family lots.

JSD’s design team led a coordinated effort with the development team to successfully negotiate the entitlement process and coordinate review efforts across multiple agencies with regard to public infrastructure improvements, tax increment financing, and annexation and planned development zoning.

JSD provided survey, civil engineering, planning and construction management services for the development.
