WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of pumps and pump systems for building services, officially broke ground for their new 244,000-square-foot headquarters and production facility in November of 2020.

This exciting, state of the art facility officially initiated the new headquarters that will bring the combined operations of WILO USA, Weil Pump, Scot Pump, and Wilo Machine Co. to a single production site. The facility is the anchor tenant for the new Cedarburg Business Park, opening the door to jobs and opportunities.

Working with WILO, Briohn Builders, the City of Cedarburg and their consultants, JSD provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the preparation of grading, paving and utility plans, and detailed landscape and hardscape plans for the project. JSD provided solutions to several challenges meeting accelerated schedules while coordinating with other team members to design private facilities while public infrastructure was still in the design stage by others. Construction documents were completed on time to meet the schedule to break ground and begin grading before inclement weather.
