Oakview Business Park marks the fourth major industrial/commercial development for which JSD staff have provided
services to Wispark, LLC. The first project within the Park was the construction of Stella and Chewy’s, a 164,000 square-foot
premium pet food manufacturing facility.

Stella & Chewy’s, LLC manufactures raw freeze-dried and raw frozen meals. Its products include frozen raw, freeze dried
patties, meal mixers, raw coated kibble, raw blend kibble, and treats for dogs; and frozen raw morsels and freeze dried
morsels for cats. The company sells products through a network of retailers.

JSD provided civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying services for the 140,000-square-foot building
expansion with expanded parking and circulation. Services included grading, paving and utility extension plans for the
expansion along with landscape design to City of Oak Creek standards and construction staking and surveying.
