JSD provided professional services for this combined 175,000-square-foot Harken Corporate Headquarters manufacturing and office facility. Services included professional land surveying, site civil design, a storm water management plan, Butler Garter Snake remediation, WDNR and local permitting and construction staking. The new $10 million headquarters located on 28 acres consolidates Harken’s operations in Pewaukee and Waukesha, bringing 220 employees and 300 machines under one roof. Harken, Inc. manufactures boating hardware and accessories.
