The UW Health Wingra Family Medical Center is a $25 million four-story, LEED-certified clinic with 300 parking spaces.

The clinic is part of the Access Community Health Centers group that provides medical, dental and behavioral health care as well as affiliated pharmacy services at five locations in the Madison & Iowa County region.

JSD provided professional engineering services for the project. Services included project coordination and meetings, traffic analysis & data collection, and a stormwater management plan. In addition, JSD provided the structural engineering including structural analysis and design for the clinic and foundation designs for the precast parking garage.
