This two-story ProHealth medical office building in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin was proposed along US-41/45 for quick and easy access off the interstate for individuals seeking medical attention.

JSD provided site civil design, utility design, pavement grading and stormwater management. This site consisted of the demolition of existing building structures, existing monument signs, existing utilities and existing pavement.

Along with this design was the design of a new box culvert, which made a significant impact to the site as prior to approval, FEMA released a new 500-year floodplain analysis which put this site’s location in the floodplain. The entire site had to be shifted to avoid impacting the floodplain and two new box culverts were designed to address upstream developments during heavy rains.
