With over thirty years of experience in construction and maintenance of the City of Madison’s parking structures, JSD provided structural engineering services to the city for their ongoing parking utility structure projects.

JSD completed the second three-year contract for maintenance of existing structures and consulting on proposed future structures, then provided services for the third three-year contract up through 2019.
