Wisconsin River Orthopedics specializes in Orthopedic Surgery and Occupational Therapy, providing advanced comprehensive care, which includes therapy as well as knee and hip repair and replacement. The Institute serves Wisconsin Rapids, Black River Falls and surrounding areas.

JSD collaborated with the architect and development team to review building expansion plans, regulatory procedures and municipal requirements that would impact the design and functional layout of the existing site. The work included review of site maps, aerials, existing documentation and communication with staff and officials from the City of Wisconsin Rapids, Wood County, and WDNR among others. Multiple site development options were developed for consideration and review. Upon completion of the site due diligence review, JSD prepared and provided existing conditions reports, site considerations of proposed expansion plans as well as regulatory requirements, permitting and procedures.

JSD also reviewed the proposed schematic design plan provided by the architect for regulatory process review, parking and internal site circulation, grading and erosion control, stormwater management review and the utility plan.

In addition, services were provided for design development, construction documents and construction administration.
