With JSD’s help, crews demolished Wausau’s Westside Battery building for a 56-unit affordable housing development on the Wisconsin River called Westside Commons.

Our team was challenged with grading and utility relocations for this site, but our civil engineers and landscape architects rose to the occasion. They provided comprehensive services, including site plan development, utilities and earthwork analysis, as well as plans for demolition, grading and drainage, erosion control, and a landscape plan. It’s coming along beautifully!
