The Meadows is a subdivision of 70 new single-family homes in the Kettle Park West Development in Stoughton, Wisconsin. Less than 30 minutes from downtown Madison, and 15 minutes to I-90, this community allows for easy commutes or stay in town for shopping, restaurants and local fare. The development is located in the Kettle Park West mixed-use neighborhood located on the west side of the City of Stoughton, at the intersection of US Highway 51 and State Highway 138. The neighborhood includes a commercial retail center, sites for businesses, a diverse mix of housing opportunities, a new city park as well as access to over 36 acres of naturalized wetland habitat. The project is anchored by a 152,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter.

JSD provided planning and entitlement, civil engineering and surveying and land division. Planning included concept and master planning and development entitlement. Engineering included preliminary engineering, a stormwater management plan, kettle restoration, construction documents, construction administration, and geotechnical coordination. Surveying and land division included an existing conditions survey, land division, and construction staking.
