The Edge offers 53 modern apartment units with 5,500 square feet of first floor commercial leasing space and other tenant amenities as well as a rooftop terrace overlooking Lake Monona and the State Capitol Building.

JSD provided professional planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying services. JSD prepared site analyses and conceptual sketches of revised site layouts, conceptual grading plans, and related documents. Necessary documentation was prepared for submittal to the City for approval of entitlements and approvals in coordination with Engineering Services. JSD provided a demolition plan, site plan, grading and erosion control plan, and utility plan.
