The $40 million Broadacre multifamily development brings 118 apartments/townhomes to a 10.78-acre site. Tenants will experience an expansive outdoor area with a dog park, a playground, interactive cascading water steps, community gardens and kitchen area, a patio, pickleball courts, a walking path, and fire pit/grilling area. Plans are also in the mix for heated underground parking, a rooftop plaza and solar system as well as electric car charging stations. JSD provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction services as well as consulting and sub consultant coordination.
