Due Diligence specialist
Whitney is a Due Diligence Specialist for JSD’s Development Services Team, assisting our development services team with all project management duties, while maintaining client relationships and managing the database for their projects. She provides entitlement and permit research, completion of applications, management of project schedules, and coordination with architects, engineers, and various departments/disciplines, both internal to JSD and eternal clients.

Interestingly, Whitney’s first-ever paid job was cleaning a farm supply store and mopping the floor, but if she could have any job in the world and didn’t have to necessarily be concerned about income, she would like to be a dog walker since she loves going for walks and can’t imagine any dog that wouldn’t enjoy the same!
Something you would NOT know about Whitney from reading her resume is that between her and her husband, they have nearly 30 nieces and nephews with more on the way! When she’s not in the office, Whitney enjoys traveling to Northern Wisconsin to spend time with family and spending time outdoors.
She has a husband, three children and a dog.
