As an engineer in training with JSD, Scott Foley is supporting projects by assisting with site development design, including grading, utilities, drainage, and plan preparation.

Scott attended UW-Platteville for engineering, though admits that if he could have any job in the world without a concern on income, he’d be a travel photographer or photojournalist. He also speaks German, so covering that country would be a must! Outside of the office, he enjoys photography, traveling, and music.

Scott and his wife have one dog and two cats!
