Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, with a focus on structural design and analysis. Beyond her engineering work, she brings a creative spirit to everything she does, playing piano for 12 years and on the lookout for a thrift-store gem to get back into playing. Her first job was coaching young swimmers (ages 2–5) on her neighborhood swim team—a role that reflects her patience and enthusiasm. If given the chance, she’d happily spend more time painting and exploring other artistic pursuits.
Outside the office, Rachel enjoys creative hobbies such as painting, embroidery, cross-stitch, and crochet, along with reading and spending time with friends.
Rachel and her fiance have a cat named “Sammy.”
