Brionne Bischke, PE

Something you would NOT know from reading his resume is that he was trained in kickboxing by Pat Roufus, who trained his famous K1 and MMA sons Rick “The Jet” and “Duke” Roufus! Even though his very first job was being a line cook at a French fine-dining restaurant, Brionne admits that if he could have any job in the world, he would love to do massive travel while sampling international cuisines as the next host on Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations program!

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, culinary arts and ham radio.
