As JSD’s accounting assistant, Stephanie takes care of accounts receivable and accounts payable duties along with working on billings.

As our Marketing Coordinator, Addie Radandt is involved in a wide range of activities, from writing and social media management, to crafting proposals, website maintenance, and planning events. A proud UW-Madison alumna with a degree in communications, she loves using her creativity to help enhance and develop brands.

Isaac is a project engineer with JSD, specializing in civil engineering design with experience in site planning, grading/drainage and stormwater management.

As the Creative Coordinator for JSD, Jessica is considered the “webmaster” of JSD’s website, and develops graphic materials that showcase and promote JSD’s projects. She also serves as the sidekick in the marketing department to assist on showcasing the company wherever needed!

Taryn Kosharek is JSD’s Environmental Scientist, further developing JSD’s environmental service line while also integrating various environmental services into established practice areas.

Colton Darwin is a survey crew chief for JSD, assisting with project management and coordination. He performs topographic and utility field surveys for design work. This includes road and site construction layout and staking as well as processing field data and creating digital terrain maps. Colton also drafts survey documents such as, Plats, CSMs, ALTA,

Chuck is a JSD project engineer with experience and expertise in civil site/commercial design, residential subdivision design, utility design including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water design, and stormwater management. He obtained his engineering degree at University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

As a crew chief for JSD, Zach performs boundary, ALTA, right of way and construction surveys for private and public sector work, including site development, industrial and commercial development plans, and residential subdivisions.

Josh Donaldson covers a couple hats at JSD, not only focusing on planning, but also making an impact on our landscape architecture team! From site-specific development all the way to long range visioning documents, Josh touches a variety of projects in the commercial and municipal world!
