Alyssa Wittman
Alyssa Wittman, a landscape designer with JSD, assists our team in designing outdoor spaces in a variety of ways, whether its planting designs, grading and drainage, or doing research to ensure that the space fits the local community’s needs and respects its histories.
Cade Femrite
As a Civil Engineer for JSD, Cade Femrite assists with site design and stormwater management for residential and commercial projects. His work includes designing drainage paths to convey stormwater runoff and sizing the appropriate BMP’s to manage that runoff. Jeff Thieding
As Chief Construction Project Engineer for JSD, Jeff assists with design, soils analysis, technical specifications, cost projections and contractor bid analysis and verification. Once a project is under contract, Jeff assists with pre-construction and engineer/contractor progress meetings, site progress and erosion control, shop drawings, contractor questions and pay application review.
Michael Siniscalchi
As a senior landscape designer at JSD, Michael specializes in designing meaningful and memorable outdoor spaces. He develops 3D models, hand renderings, site plans, planting plans, and a wide variety of graphic materials to help bring ideas and concepts to life.

As JSD’s accounting assistant, Stephanie takes care of accounts receivable and accounts payable duties along with working on billings.

As our Marketing Coordinator, Addie Radandt is involved in a wide range of activities, from writing and social media management, to crafting proposals, website maintenance, and planning events. A proud UW-Madison alumna with a degree in communications, she loves using her creativity to help enhance and develop brands.
