Gwen is a landscape designer for JSD, and assists our landscape architects in designing fun and engaging outdoor spaces through the design process. Amongst her many skills is developing master plans, writing grants, and corresponding with clients and the public to ensure the highest level of satisfaction!
Lori Vierow
Lori is a senior landscape architect with JSD, leading interdisciplinary teams on a variety of projects. She directs and engages her team through the design process from concept through construction documents and installation for projects ranging from public parks and sustainable landscapes to municipal projects, educational, and healthcare developments. Lori also leads the grant writing
Janie Schaumburg
As Director of Development, Janie oversees JSD’s development services team as they provide clients with rapid, thorough and accurate assessments of the viability of a real estate transaction and associated risks. She has over 10 years of experience including site analysis and research, due diligence, legal document review, entitlements, permitting and coordination.
Sarah Dreier
As a graduate of Iowa State University, Sarah is a professional landscape architect for JSD, creating exciting spaces for outdoor use in both the public and private sectors. She is also a Certified Playground Safety Inspector, along with serving on the Executive Committee as President-Elect for the Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Landscape
Michael Klingl
As a senior development manager for JSD, Michael services commercial and residential real estate development. His experience spans widely covering site selection, land acquisition, lease and option agreement negotiation assistance, tenant relations, due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting and construction.
