With a background in architecture and planning, he enjoys “speaking the language” of both architects and engineers, helping bridge disciplines and bring diverse perspectives together to create thoughtful, well-rounded solutions for clients and communities.

Justin Haase
Justin Haase is a civil engineer at JSD, bringing sharp technical skill and a down‑to‑earth spirit to the team. Justin prepares detailed plans and supporting documents for private and commercial development projects, including earthwork design and stormwater calculations—work that keeps projects moving smoothly and sustainably.

As a Survey Crew Chief, Mike Searle brings strong field expertise and technical knowledge to every project. He works closely with project managers to coordinate and execute land surveying fieldwork, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process.

Leo is a Civil Engineer at JSD, where he assists with civil engineering design and plan production for a variety of projects. He supports project teams through the development of construction documents, technical design work, and coordination efforts that help move projects from concept through implementation.

Allison Siepman is a Landscape Designer at JSD, where she helps create outdoor spaces that are welcoming, engaging, and functional. She supports a variety of project needs, including site analysis, concept development, plant and material selection, and client coordination to help projects move smoothly from vision to reality.
Rachel Brunt
Rachel Brunt is a structural engineer at JSD, where she contributes to the design and analysis of structural systems for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Her experience spans multiple materials—steel, concrete, wood, and masonry—and includes evaluating existing structures as well as developing new designs. Rachel also prepares project drawings,

As a JSD Project Surveyor, Nick Campanelli conducts topographic surveys, plat of surveys, ALTA surveys and CSMs, along with preparing construction staking.
