Mary Schmidbauer
As part of our civil engineering team, Mary Schmidbauer assists with the design of site layout, grading, utility, and erosion control practices, as well as performing stormwater analysis, and assembling corresponding permitting, calculations, and other documentation to achieve a quality site design.

Alyssa Wittman
Alyssa Wittman, a landscape designer with JSD, assists our team in designing outdoor spaces in a variety of ways, whether its planting designs, grading and drainage, or doing research to ensure that the space fits the local community’s needs and respects its histories.
Cade Femrite
As a Civil Engineer for JSD, Cade Femrite assists with site design and stormwater management for residential and commercial projects. His work includes designing drainage paths to convey stormwater runoff and sizing the appropriate BMP’s to manage that runoff. Alexis Habermehl, a civil engineer on our team, graduated from UW–Platteville with a civil engineering degree and municipal/transportation emphasis. She touches both the private and public sector work on our team, expanding from commercial/retail and education or government, all the way to healthcare, mixed use/residential and community & civic projects!
Gwen Winer
Gwen is a landscape designer for JSD, and assists our landscape architects in designing fun and engaging outdoor spaces through the design process. Amongst her many skills is developing master plans, writing grants, and corresponding with clients and the public to ensure the highest level of satisfaction!
