As Vice President, Sr. Project Engineer II, Randy Bruckner is responsible for the overall engineering of assigned projects from management and plan preparation all the way to permitting, reports and design.
Todd is the director of survey for JSD, managing JSD’s survey operations for all regional locations. Duties include survey proposals, coordinating workload, staffing and resources between offices, QA/QC, department and capital improvement budgets, company standards, land survey project management, as well as land survey review and delivery.
