As a senior development manager for JSD, Michael services commercial and residential real estate development. His experience spans widely covering site selection, land acquisition, lease and option agreement negotiation assistance, tenant relations, due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting and construction.
Andrew is a Senior Project Engineer for JSD, designing and preparing engineering documents for projects in private and public sector work, including site development, industrial and commercial development plans, and residential subdivisions. Donna is JSD’s senior project coordinator, where MANY hats are worn. She coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment, and information while also serving as a liaison with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. As a graduate of Iowa State University, Sarah is a professional landscape architect for JSD, creating exciting spaces for outdoor use in both the public and private sectors. She is also a Certified Playground Safety Inspector, along with serving on the Executive Committee as President-Elect for the Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Landscape

As a project engineer with JSD, Eric’s emphasis is in land development, specializing in site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management. Eric attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for engineering and has experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare land development construction plans.
