JSD joined the design team to provide professional consulting, engineering, and landscape architecture services. Design services include a demolition plan, site plan, grading & drainage plan, utility plan, and landscape plan. Our team also provided a stormwater management plan and prepared and submitted permit applications. In addition, we also provided bidding and negotiation assistance and limited construction administration.
