St. Croix Health Center is a five-star, 50-bed facility. JSD worked collaboratively with the owner and architectural team to provide the necessary support and submittal materials for a major expansion and repurposing of the facility.

Scope of services included surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services, as well as construction documentation, permitting and construction administration. JSD also provided coordination with team partners for structural engineering, electrical and lighting as well as private utility coordination.
