Serena shares that the most gratifying part of her role at JSD is helping people stay organized so they don’t have to stress with massive multi-tasking. Her very first job ever was waitressing at a 5-star retirement home, but she admits that if she could have any job in the world and didn’t have to necessarily be concerned about income, she would love to run a wedding venue!

Outside of work, Serena enjoys playing with her kids, hiking, tubing down the river, and eating gelato by the lake! She has a husband, three children, and a puppy named Cinnamon.

I need someone to fold all of my laundry – I don’t think an app will help though.
