JSD provided professional consulting services on the new campus for Marshfield Medical Center – Ladysmith which opened this past Spring offering emergency/urgent care, surgical services, cardiac rehab, physical/occupational/speech therapy and pharmaceutical.

JSD has been honored to partner with Marshfield Clinic Health Systems to provide professional services for their multiple hospital and micro-hospital projects in nearly 10 communities! Our team’s work provided multiple building configurations for the design team to review for building placement, right-of-way access, parking areas, helipad locations and additional site element needs. We also developed a preliminary grading plan for building placement, parking lot areas, and stormwater management areas. In addition, our team spent time reviewing stormwater requirements and providing best management practices for the placement of stormwater management facilities.

Lastly, JSD’s designers developed a preliminary earthwork analysis to assist the design team on pricing for earthwork done on the site. We love our partnership with Marshfield Clinic Health System!
