Verona’s Oakmont Senior Community is a 99-unit independent luxury living facility offering studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Amenities include underground parking, an outdoor deck, wellness and fitness center, cafe, game and crafts room, family room, a library, and public/private dining areas, all to be utilized for resident activity programs. It is conveniently located among many neighborhood amenities and has easy access to many shops, restaurants and cultural venues in Verona and the Greater Madison area.

JSD worked with the developer and architect to provide planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying, and structural engineering services. In addition, our team led the way on an environmental site assessment for the property. Engineering services included geotechnical and stormwater management design, whereas our Planning department the Site Plan and Conditional Use application process through the City of Verona’s Common Council. The site work included detailed plans for demolition, grading and erosion, utilities, fire department coordination, landscaping, stormwater management, permitting and construction documents.
