JSD had the privilege of playing a lead role in assisting CBL Properties in bringing Portillo’s restaurant to the Madison area!

Portillo’s started in Chicago with their Italian beef sandwiches and burgers and are expanding their market base into Wisconsin. Located along East Towne Boulevard at East Towne Mall, the restaurant features a 50’s diner theme as well as a seasonal outdoor patio and a double-lane drive-thru.

As part of the project scope, JSD provided professional consulting services, including survey and land division, civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture. The JSD Team also served as the project lead in the facilitation and coordination of land use entitlements and permitting with the City of Madison.
