JSD served as a design consultant to help generate three design options for Outagamie County Park Department’s new Plamann Park Pavilion and central parking lot design. The project entailed a series of meetings in which design aesthetics, operations, maintenance, revenue and building programs were presented. The result was three design options that fulfilled the county’s goals and vision for the park. JSD also provided preliminary budgetary numbers in an order of magnitude. In addition to the three park design options, particular aspects of the building, site design, civil design, and landscape design were provided, which allowed the client the flexibilty to review and choose from a varity of design aesthetics and associated costs.

Preferred options and a programming report were also provided in conjunction with construction budgets for all three options. This process empowered the client to make aesthetic decisions based on real numbers for a customized outcome.
