The North Shore Building & Loan Association was started in 1923 by a group of local teachers in the backroom of Perkins Hardware Store on what is now Capitol Drive in Shorewood, Wisconsin. Today, North Shore Bank (with a 1989 name change) has assets of more than $2.5 billion.

JSD provided professional services for three Wisconsin bank locations: Germantown, Oak Creek, and Pewaukee. Our team provided boundary and topographic survey services and civil design plans including a site plan, grading/drainage plan, and an erosion control plan. JSD also prepared a landscape plan for the softscape elements.

Today there are 46 locations of the North Shore Bank throughout Wisconsin in the Milwaukee and Fox Valley area.
