JSD has partnered on multiple data center projects by conducting comprehensive entitlement/permitting research for data center developments and associated electrical infrastructure.

This work, through Siemens, focuses on the scope of the facilities, including data center components and various electrical uses, to ensure regulatory feasibility and alignment with project delivery goals.

As part of this effort, JSD prepares an in-depth report and detailed permitting schedule that outlines jurisdictional requirements, anticipated review durations, and approval milestones.

These schedules are developed to:

• Verify required energization and turn-on dates
• Incorporate realistic timelines and contingencies based on our research findings. This approach allows Siemens and the broader project team to plan construction and commissioning activities with confidence and reduced regulatory risk.

In addition to research and scheduling, JSD also manages the entitlement and permitting process on behalf of the project team, including permit procurement, ongoing agency coordination, and tracking of approvals through issuance to ensure alignment with project schedules.
