Rather than traditional senior living developments, the vision creates a dynamic lakefront community where resident experiences work together with the architecture, landscape, and other amenities.

Our landscape architecture team is redeveloping the 178,000-square-foot headquarters into a new campus experience for its senior residents, from arrival and courtyards to rooftop terraces, gardens, seating and indoor-outdoor connections in gathering spaces. The reimagined waterfront is a defining feature, with improved connections to the lake, expanded gathering areas, walking experiences, and opportunities for recreation. The result? A renewed campus that honors its history while creating an active, connected, and engaging setting for the next chapter of life.
