The KinetiK Apartments are a part of the canvas on which the City of Milwaukee comes to life. The KinetiK development, one of ten properties with New Land Enterprises, is bold, sleek, rooted in community, and designed to keep pace with busy urban life. KinetiK provides luxury studio, one and- two-bedroom apartment homes with private balconies and communal and retail amenities.

JSD provided land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the project which included developing a certified survey map, pre and post construction ALTA’s and construction staking. The project’s civil tasks included converting an existing roadway into a patio, the design of a new public alley, utility coordination/design, and the design of an underground detention system.

The project was awarded the Milwaukee Business Journal’s Real Estate Award for 2021.
