I’m incredibly excited to share that as JSD continues to grow, so does our need for new space. Our Madison Regional Office is moving to downtown Verona at the Sugar Creek Commons development, located off W. Verona Avenue. 

Our planners, engineers, landscape architects and surveyors have been working on this project for the past several years. The first phase of construction included two new mixed-use buildings. Once completed, the Sugar Creek Commons development will consist of 284 multi-family units, 26,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, and a 120-room hotel & events center.

We look forward to our grand opening this Fall. As always, a HUGE thank-you to those of you we have partnered with throughout the last 24 years. Our growth is a reflection of the dedication to our clients and making our communities a better place to live, work and play!
