It was a blast to bring together almost our entire team of staff (85+ from 7 offices) at PinSeekers in DeForest for our annual all-staff summer outing! The first half of our day was the “serious side” of the outing to evaluate year one of our strategic planning efforts and prepare for the next two years! BUT AFTER…..we all let loose enjoying Toptracer golf suites, outdoor mini golf, mini bowling, as well as multi-sports simulators and an evening of appetizers, dinner, music, and drinks!

It was extremely gratifying for the six of us on the Executive Leadership Team to spend some much-needed time with our Associates as we reviewed year one of our strategic plan. The group of 21 staffers broke out into groups for a deep dive not only celebrating what went well, but to also hold conversations on initiatives that need extra attention, or new initiatives we need to focus on as we build on year two and three of our strategic growth plan!

Our leadership team was also excited to announce our newest group of 14 Associates, as well as introduce our new staff as we have hired 13 individuals in 2024 already! I look forward to continued growth for our firm, and as always, I salute each of you that have partnered with JSD in the past. We are what we are today with much thanks to you…
