As JSD wraps up its three-year strategic plan, and ventures into developing the firm’s next few years of strategic growth, we are proud to share that our group of owners has expanded by three! Please join us in welcoming Janie Schaumburg, Kevin Yeska, and Matt Haase to our ownership team.

We’re pleased to congratulate Janie Schaumburg, Director of Development Services, as she leads a talented team that helps clients evaluate opportunities and risks for developments across the country. Her experience spans every stage of the development process, including site analysis, research, due diligence, real estate strategy, entitlements, and permitting. Janie’s leadership and broad expertise make her a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike.

We also celebrate Kevin Yeska, Senior Landscape Architect and Practice Lead. Kevin builds strong client relationships while guiding a diverse team of surveyors, engineers, and landscape architects, bringing thoughtful and creative design to commercial, retail, institutional, and residential projects. He also works closely with municipal agencies throughout the design process, helping move projects forward smoothly and successfully.

Finally, we are excited to welcome Matt Haase as a new owner. As a Senior Project Engineer, Matt plays a critical role in both private and public sector work, from site development, industrial and commercial plans, all the way to residential subdivisions. Matt leads a team of project engineers and ensures high-quality execution across all phases of work including site planning, grading, and stormwater management as well as construction documents and surveying.
