JSD supported the Kettle Park West development in Stoughton, Wisconsin through the design and entitlement of an 88-room Tru by Hilton Hotel. Tru by Hilton is a brand of hotels trademarked by Hilton Worldwide. The brand targets all age groups, but is intended to appeal to a “millennial” mindset that likes modern design, public spaces to work and socialize, and advanced technology.

Kettle Park West encompasses 220 acres of multiple land uses including commercial, retail, professional office, hospitality, single and multi-family housing and a new city park. JSD’s design team initiated the process with a Schematic Design phase, transforming it into a work of art for this hotel.

In addition, JSD supported all phases of this hotel site as well as the surrounding area of Kettle Park West with consulting services including planning, surveying, traffic impact analysis, wetland disturbance permitting, stormwater analysis and civil engineering design.
