The Hamilton House includes 82 independent and assisted living apartments and 28 memory care apartments. The facility is constructed on a seven-acre parcel with a difference in 30 feet of grade from one side to the other. JSD’s site designers and planners worked with the architect/builder to propose an efficient and cost-effective master plan for the facility by keeping access, circulation, stormwater management, and aesthetics in mind. A touch of “color and bloom” was added by our landscape architecture group through the use of native plantings surrounding the ponds and building foundations while a memory care garden was developed to enhance cognitive skills for residents.

The project includes a three-story structure, underground and surface parking, courtyard and amenity based open space.
