Grant Regional Health Center is a State of Wisconsin Critical Access Hospital accredited with a nationwide symbol of quality. JSD provided the necessary support and submittal materials for this major expansion, working alongside the architect who has assisted more than 500 healthcare and senior environments in the Midwest.

Services included surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture for the project. JSD provided construction documentation including a demolition plan, site plan, grading and erosion control plan, utility plan, landscape plans and construction details. A stormwater management plan was approved in accordance with the City of Lancaster and State of Wisconsin requirements. JSD subsequently provided the necessary support and submittal materials during the design, entitlement and permitting phase with various local and state agencies.
