The Fox Highlands development in Greenville, Wisconsin encompasses roughly 69 acres featuring single-family home sites and luxury condominiums in the heart of the Fox Valley. The Towne of Greenville is a rapidly growing community west of Appleton, offering residents the ideal blend of rural community and urban connectivity. As one of 18 communities that form the basis of the Fox Cities, Greenville has experienced nearly 20% growth since the 2010 census and has approved Phase 2 of its Fox Highlands subdivision.

JSD provided professional consulting services for the new residential development. Services included platting, civil engineering preliminary and final design, entitlements, construction staking, and construction observation.

House construction is done on 28 residential lots for the single-family residential area and two additional phases are unveiling for 39 residential lots to be added. The Condos of Fox Highlands are located in the southwest corner of the overall neighborhood and are comprised of 28 condo homes in 14 buildings.
