JSD has been honored to partner with Summit Credit Union as recent years have been very active for their tremendous growth! Not only did JSD assist with their beautiful new LEED certified headquarters location in Cottage Grove, but since, they have opened multiple branches throughout southern Wisconsin, as JSD has supported nearly 20 of their building projects!

JSD’s scope of services for the various locations typically involve preparation of an existing conditions map, consisting of a topographic and utility survey. JSD also provides engineering for the commercial development site including a grading & erosion control plan, phasing plan, utility plan, and site construction details, as well as landscape architecture.

In some cases, consulting services also included a comprehensive stormwater management plan, boundary delineation, or even a demolition plan with remediation of a former construction landfill and consolidation of parcels.
