FedEx Corporation is an American multinational delivery services company that customers count on for their diverse portfolio of transportation, e-commerce, and business solutions. JSD provided complete surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction services for this 100-acre development in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The project included grading, paving and utility design, public road reconstruction plans and a complex storm water management system with adjacent wetland protection.

JSD has completed yearly subsequent inspections for permit compliance on the property including insurance of pond operation, inspection of inlet and outlet structures, and erosion failure recommendations.

JSD received a 2019 Concrete Design Award from the Wisconsin Ready Mixed Concrete Association for this project.
