Located at 2300 S. Park St. in Madison, the City of Madison’s Village on Park brought in JSD to design a whole new look for the 125,000-square-foot space.

Including an adjacent parking structure, the site allowed JSD’s team to strategically design the site, civil and landscaping improvements for this multi-phased redevelopment.   Major transformation is happening to the area as The Urban League Black Business Hub building is under construction, with completion this summer, followed later by a number of restaurants, shopping storefronts, a library AND MORE!
